COUNCIL TAX

The proper numptie that I am forgot to notify the town hall when Marisa moved back to Oz last year. But it looks like I get my 25% discount I didnt claim from last year backdated as well as getting it this year (yeah!). Bloody direct debits, I totally forgot I was paying it.
